Ah, I got to wake up late today – no where to be untnil 12:30. My roommate had a lady friend over last night and made crepes for breakfast (nutella, banana, and jalapeno jam). We all scored with that one- yum yum. Anyways, I only had one which entered into my CRONoMeter is only 300 calories (62% protein, 6% Protein, and 32% lipid). I never eat enough fat- so the rest of my food for the day will even things out…Besides the saturated fat and cholesterol really not so bad.
Very good example of how you can enjoy delicious foods just watch the portion size. This is the kind of eating I would like to continue with. Healthy foods in general, but still allowing myself to ENJOY meals, try new foods, indulge a bit. I am such a yo-you dieter, so this kind of “stable” eating, will definitely help me make permanent lifestyle changes.

It would be best if you didn’t advertise Hanoi Jane in anything but her truthful side. To do so otherwise is to disrespect every Vietnam veteran who ever lived.
I respect Jane Fonda more than the war criminals from the Bush administration. Dick Cheney is a national disgrace and he should be tried for his admitted war crimes. The Geneva Conventions are not to be taken lightly. Fonda has long since apologized for her youthful indiscretions. Cheney is near the end of his life, 3 times the age Fonda was when she pulled her stunt. If you cared for this country Duncan, you should pay attention to CURRENT events affecting America, and get over “Hanoi” Jane.
Jane was very hot -who cares if she was some birkenstock wearing granola cruncher – most chicks are and if we all got mad at the naive stupidity of women we would never get laid.
Besides – at least she was passionate about something important and relevant and was doing what whe believed in- that is a lot more attractive than todays trailor trash stars who are all about themselves and can’t even spell. I”ll take Jane over Britney any day.
